On May 24, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Rural Utilities Service (RUS) published a notice in the Federal Register, extending the application deadline for the second and final round of funding for the Satellite, Rural Library Broadband, and Technical Assistance Grant Programs under the Broadband Initiatives Program (BIP), administered by RUS.  The Federal Register notice is available here:

 

 

The application deadline is now June 8, 2010.
