Information about Redistribution of Recovery Act Funds for Indian Reservation Roads Program
The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and the Bureau of Indian Affairs recently conducted a webinar to discuss Recovery Act funding for the Indian Reservation Roads program. Materials from this webinar are available here:

The Recovery Act also gave the Secretary of Transportation authority to redistribute unobligated funds after the first year following enactment, or after February 17, 2010. It is anticipated that the FHWA will solicit proposals for projects for funds redistribution on or about December 15, 2009. Remaining unobligated funds will be redistributed to the highest ranked projects by June 1, 2010, in order to be fully obligated by September 30, 2010.
