Senate Committee Holds Oversight of the Broadband Stimulus Programs in the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act

On October 27, the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation held an oversight hearing on the Broadband Stimulus Programs in the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. The Committee received testimony from the two federal agencies administering the $7.2 billion provided under the Recovery Act for broadband programs, the National Telecommunications and Information Administration, U.S. Department of Commerce, and the Rural Utilities Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture. Statements and testimony presented at that hearing are available here:
