Program Description:

Under this solicitation, tribes can construct new facilities or renovate existing facilities including: multi-purpose justice centers, adult or juvenile corrections facilities, half-way houses or transitional housing, substance abuse and mental health screening, assessment and treatment facilities, alternative sentencing facilities.
